Terms and Conditions – Nbajee Bangladesh

1. General Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and play.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a country where online gaming is legal.
• Only one account per user/device/IP is allowed.
• VPN usage is strictly prohibited.
• Multi-accounting, bots, or fraudulent play may result in permanent suspension.

2. Currency & Payments

• All financial operations (deposit, withdrawal, bonuses, winnings) are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer.
• Deposits must come from wallets owned by the verified user.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the original method of deposit.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide valid personal information: name, date of birth, phone number, email.
• A 6-digit OTP verification is required during signup and transactions.
• Your account must not impersonate another individual.

4. KYC Policy

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Nbajee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Duplicate or shared accounts
• Use of VPN or anonymizing tools
• Abuse of bonuses
• Non-compliance with KYC
• Offensive behavior toward staff or other players

9. Technical Issues

• Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or provider outages.
• In case of disconnection during gameplay, final results are based on server records.
• If a game malfunctions, all bets are voided and refunded where appropriate.

10. Jurisdiction

• Nbajee operates under a Curacao eGaming license.
• All disputes are handled under international iGaming arbitration.
